We all know that Disney is very well known for delicious food/ treats/snacks. Whatever you want to call it…. the food is gooood!
I’ve put together a few of my all time favourite goodies from Disneyland Paris for you to try out on your next visit!
1. Crepes
Firstly, I am obsessed with any kind of dessert. Secondly, I am obsessed with Nutella. So the Nutella crepes are my favourite treat! This french goodie is also available with just sugar (sucre) if you’re not a fan of the Nutella. The crepe itself is not freshly poured and cooked in front of you, they are out of a packet and heated up on the hot plate, however, they are still ahh-mazing! You can buy the crepes from the food/drink carts around the park. Note: some of the carts are not always open and they can close early, even if the park is open late. Your best bet is to get one from the food cart on Main Street near the Plaza Gardens as it is always open the latest! Each crepe costs less than 4€ .
2. The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour
This ice cream parlour sells Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Yep, you heard me….Ben & Jerry’s ice cream…yummm. You can get 1 scoop for 3.89€, 2 scoops for 4.19€ or 3 scoops for 4.99€. There’s not much more to say here except that you also have the option of adding extras to your ice cream, like whipped cream, chocolate topping, sprinkles – the works! The extras are only 1€ each. They also sell other sweet treats like muffins and donuts as well as drinks! You can find this store located at the end of Main Street right on the corner (the same side as Discoveryland).
3. Victoria’s Home Style Cooking
This cute little room is a table service, living room style bar with a menu full of refreshing drinks and pastries. The drinks range from tea, coffee, hot chocolate, wine, beer and specialty milkshakes (my favourite). I would highly recommend going to try one of the specialty milkshakes on offer. They’re made fresh and you can tell! An added bonus, they look so cute! During the Christmas season the whipped cream on top of my drink was decorated into a snowman! My favourite flavour is the banana or chocolate! They’re both soo good! The good thing about this place is that not many people know about it, it’s a little hidden gem. However, it is only very limited seating inside, so you may have to wait for a seat to be available. Wait times aren’t too long though, as it’s only drinks and small pastries served so people don’t take too long to finish and move on. This little gem can be found right next to the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour.

4. Cable Car Bakery
The Cable Car bakery along Main Street is the equivalent of the Main Street Bakery in the US Parks. Here you can find all types of sweet treats! From Croissants, donuts, brownies, muffins and cookies to assortments of cake slices and tarts. You can also find limited edition treats here during seasonal events. They also sell tea, coffee and bottled drinks here. I’ve had my fair share of items from the menu here and I’ve not once been disappointed (Although the cookies and muffins are my top picks!).
5. Mickey shaped anything!
If it’s shaped like Mickey Mouse, it’s probably delicious! Disneyland Paris doesn’t have as much variety of Mickey shaped food as much as other Disney Parks, but there are some great ones to look out for! Mickey shaped cookies are available from the Cable Car Bakery or from the snack carts around the park during the different seasons of the year. Halloween cookies are my all time favourite, highly recommended!
Mickey shaped waffles can be found at snack carts around the park – have a look for a cart near It’s a small work, also in Walt Disney Studios just opposite the Animagique Theater.
You can find Mickey shaped cupcakes from the Main Street Deli in Disneyland and just next door at the Boardwalk Candy Palace on Main Street also sells Mickey shaped biscuits! It’s full of yummy sweets in there (and sooo many flavours of delicious fudge!)

Top 3 Quick Service Restaurants!
1. Bella Notte Pizza & Garlic Bread
This restaurant is located in Fantasyland and has a lot of mixed reviews, however i personally think this is all depending on what you eat. I would highly recommend the pizza with the side of garlic bread. It’s a winner in my book! The garlic bread here is the best!!! I have not heard great reviews about the rigatoni pasta from Bella Notte, although I’ve not personally tried it (I’m definitely a pizza girl!). But if I were you, you can’t go wrong with the pizza and garlic bread…yum!! Unfortunately Bella Notte can close early some nights so if you want to eat here for dinner, plan ahead and find out the closing times earlier in the day!

2. Hakuna Matata Restaurant
This is my favourite restaurant in Disneyland Paris! Located in Adventureland, this restaurant is perfect if you want to eat something that isn’t burgers or pizza! I love the theme of it (they have the lion king soundtrack playing in the background too) and i love the food! All the meals here come with a main, drink and dessert. My personal favourite is the chicken and vegetables with rice, I would highly recommend it! I love the sweet corn fries here too! They also have a vegetarian salad available here too that looks really good! The only downside here is that it also can close really early most nights! So make sure you don’t leave it too late to have some dinner if you want to try it out!
3. Cafe Hyperion
Located in Discoveryland, this quick service restaurant mainly sells burgers and fries with some salads available as well. For any vegetarians out there, they sell a really nice veggie burger here too! These meals also come with a Burger & fries plus a drink and dessert. It’s located inside Videopolis which has loads of seating available so you’re guaranteed to find a seat, even during busy times! Sometimes there is a show or performance on the stage in there, but if not, they always have a cartoon show playing on the big screen. The good thing about this option is that it’s usually opened until late.
These are just a few of my favourite foods and places to eat at Disneyland Paris. There are loads of other options for different restaurants in the park as well as in the Disney Village. (I’ll go into more detail on the Disney Village food options in a later post!)
One last note to end on. People tend to get a bit disappointed when comparing food and service at Disneyland Paris to that in American Parks. American customer service is like no other and unfortunately will not find that in Paris…. so don’t be disheartened by slower lines or lower standards of customer service (It’s all part of the adventure right!?) Plus things could be worse… you could always not be at Disneyland! hehe!
If you want to know more about every food option available at Disneyland Paris, I found a great blog with information on every place to eat at in DLP.
